Trees and water offer gentle, natural healing. They ground us, renew our energy, and invite us to reconnect with something greater than ourselves. We are fortunate to be surrounded by such abundant beauty in Gauting and Berg.
Join us for a nourishing hour of meditation and personal insights in nature. Together, we will slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect through mindful walking (forest bathing) or a seated guided meditation—allowing the natural world to support our inner stillness and clarity.
We will hold the event rain 🌧️ or shine ☀️
After our personal exploration, we will gather in community to reflect, share, and integrate our experience in a kind and supportive space.
